We loved it here-didnt want to come home! The villa is amazing. Just brilliant with everything you need. Facilities great. Very clean. We used the BBQ which was excellent. Pool small but perfect for me....as I am not a pool lover. Good size to cool down in. The hosts were so kind with gifts, food and drinks. The villa is located just under 1km from the centre of the village of Kavros. The walk down the hill to centre is nice.....harder coming back up! Good tavernas, shops and supermarkets. Ideal for families. The villa was far enough away from centre to be in a quiet location and close enough to reach the centre by foot. We had a car and visit to Lake Kournas a must! Lovely location with a good mix of locals and tourists.
Lovely location with a good mix of locals and tourists. Plenty of tavernas and bars to choose from with fabulous food and drink available. There are facilities for small children around the village and the long beach has activities most of the day. LaMer, Really high quality hotel with everything you need with a super short distance between the room, pool and beach. The only downside is that is about 1 hour ride to the central city chania, so if you want to mainly be in the hotel to relax it is not an issue, otherwise you probably should rent a car to reach the adject cities. There is also a market area in like a 10 minutes walk that offers great greek food(better than the hotel in my opinion) Clothes, Souvenirs, Supermarket, Bars and moreTom - 10Scored 10

It is a small town close to everything - 40m to Chania, 20m...
It is a small town close to everything - 40m to Chania, 20m to Rethymno, even with busses it's reliable transfer. City is easily walkable on foot. Driving in the city is possible, although be very careful in the late evening as everyone is outside. Also finding a parking spot in the late evening can be a challenge, because most visitors staying in hotels east from the city come here for a dinner. City center is small, but lively with huge variety of restarants, vast majority with delicios food and great service. Almost everyone speaks english, at least to some extent, and locals are extremely friendly and helpful and there are several supermarkets so furfil your needs. Beach is very long, so you'll always find the right place for you.

The design, the rooms, food!!!, the staff, Kids club, the entertainment and activities. Beach, pool, we have no words! Also the location We booked with the hotel transportation from the air port to Eliros, one day we rented a car from a place in front of the hotel The other day we took a train to the lake The rest of the time we stayed in the hotel- having the time of our life! Close to the village centre, so just a few steps to nice restaurants, free parking is behind the building, inside the room there's a small fridge. The most important thing is that this place has got superb nice owners/staff and they are doing all best to you to enjoy your stay :) Its also a nice base to have trips over Crete ie. to Kournas lake or some nice beaches around.BartoszPoland

Also the beach is a 4-5min walk from the hotel. The hotel has stunning views of the mountains which you wake up to. It is new and very modern. It’s always clean and peaceful. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and will do everything they can to try and accommodate any of your requests.

Our room was very close to the beach. They provide beach towels and you can change them regularly, which is a plus. Beach is organized with sunbeds and umbrellas and included in all inclusive. Air conditioning in the room is working perfectly.
