The hotel is close to the beach, the food was very tasty, the personal was very hospitable. They pay attention to all the guests. I was impressed because in Grecee (my opinion) the personal from the hotels is not so kind.

A very smart hotel with pool. We had a generous room with large outside balcony. The staff were very attentive and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The meal at the bistro in the evening was also a delight. We stayed on Easter Saturday and so enjoyed the fireworks and bonfire by the beach at midnight...despite the rain showers!!!

We went in October with a 7year old girl so 3 of us
Loved the food, it was wonderful in the main restaurant and the seating areas outside were so pretty
We didn't try the upstairs restaurant Elios as the main one was just perfect
We had a birthday evening at the Lower restaurant Rhodies, it was heaven! it was out 7yo's 7th birthday so they erealy looked after us + added balloons + put candles on a cake for her! so special.
We stayed in the upper area + it was just beautiful
Breakfast was amazing
We chose all-inclusive + felt that that was just perfect for our break.

The kids' club was AMAZING - small and perfect, it felt boutique + not crowded and so far away from the tacky view I had of a kids club (we'd never used one before) + Anna was so good as their children's entertainer, no booking is needed just turn up and your child can come and go timing-wise.
We booked a 2-bed kitchenette (only used to make tea as all-inclusive was amazing!) and I have to say the pics do NOT do the room justice! 2 terraces! just lush.
Booking a hire car was so simple + easy breezy too at reception

The vicinity of the airport, when you arrive in the night you can easily find the hotel, the reception desk is open 24/7 and the day as well as the night staff is pleasant and helpful. If you have a room with seaview as we had, you can spot planes from your balcony or even from the bed. The noise of the planes is not disturbing, you can sleep well. Breakfast was very pleasant on the terrace near the pool, is served 7-10, but we were offered some refreshment even earlier.
Facing the beachfront, Enorme Serenity Spritz - Adults Only offers 4-star accommodation in Hersonissos and has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and bar.

First over all the fabulous extraordinary staff.
Manager Anna Maria was exceptional, her Assistant day time Christie also an A+ and of course I have to give a big hug to Chrisoula the Mama of the house and runs the breakfast with love. They all where do kind and ready to do all they can to makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Then the interior and design too was beautiful.. and everything looked brand new.
There you can feel that they care about their guest. Thank you guys again.
