The host was super friendly. We arrived on our bikes after a long hot day of cycling and she provided cold water on our arrival. Then she showed us two plastic crates of oranges and told us to help ourselves. The best oranges we have eaten in 1000kms of cycle touring. The accommodation was basic but we loved it and loved being in a rural setting. There was a lovely patio where we could sit out and cook our dinner. It was the night before the Orthodox Greek Easter and we had a full service broadcast from a nearby church which was really special. All in all, a truly great experience.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We were a group of friends and rented 2 apartments in Karantonis House. Both apartments were excellent, very comfortable beds, sparkling clean bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was lovely, with all the necessary amenities for a long term stay. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, away from the nearby villages. The owner was very kind and responsive. The apartment was cleaned regularly by a maid, which is rare for this type of accommodation. 11/10.
