This is a fantastic location, far from crowded and noisy areas, but close to the beach and other nearby interesting places. Our suite was very spacious. It has a large kitchen equipped with everything you might need, where you could have breakfast or lunch. It also has a large garden with trees from which you can grab and eat fruit at your will. It was a great place to stay with my family, from which we could easily visit the best beaches in Skopelos. We also enjoyed the evenings, listening to the night birds singing in the nearby forest.

It was better in the past years.
It was better in the past years. Now it is full of uncivilized tourists who rent motorbikes and run the engine extremely loud in the middle of the night while speeding on the main road. It is noisy (motorbikes, loud music sometimes) and has an inconvenient bus schedule. If you want to go to Skopelos town or Kastani Beach (Mamma Mia) you have to wake up early to catch the 8:20 bus or wait for the next one at 14:50 (in the middle of the heat).Alina MariaRomania - 10Scored 10

The location in Elios (Neo Klima) is the perfect spot for different kinds of holidays. There are plenty of hiking possibilities in the hills, and we went hiking through the exotic Greek landscape and the especially green forests of Skopelos. From the highest points of the island, there are beautiful views of the island and the Aegean Sea, of the Agios Ioannis (the Mama Mia Church) and of old olive groves. There are also plenty of fantastically beautiful beaches in reach by foot, bike or bus. There are beaches with music, sunbeds and drinks, and there are more remote beaches within a few kilometres. Also a holiday with children is perfect at Delphi Hotel with the nice pool and playground. Unforgettable experience, mesmerizing landscape of the island, excellent value for the money, beautiful suite, in excellent condition, fully equiped kitchenette, in front of Elias beach, Hovolo beach, next to beach, market, bakery, restaurant, tavernas, bus station, main road Neo Klima. Very hospitable and kind owner Meri (does not understand english, so Google translator tends to help a lot;), cleaning service every day, drinkable water, everything was amazing. This is the best area for accommodation in Skopelos island!! We absolutely loved it and my favourite area where we stayed out of 3 weeks in Greece! Wish we didn’t have onwards transport booked so we can stay for longer than 3 nights. And wish we came straight here instead of staying in Skopelos town for the first 2 nights. It’s in the best area to stay in Skopelos island as it’s walking distance to Kastani beach (you get a beautiful hike out of it as a bonus). It’s right next to the beautiful beach of Hovolo with stunning views and sunsets. We rented a car from the local car rental and drove around to the main sights of the island which were closer to here than the main town. The local bus stops 2 mins away and so does the ferry shuttle bus. The Neo Klima village gave us an authentic Greek experience compared to the touristic village of Skopelos. There was loads of tavernas open nearby with very cheep and tasty food! A supermarket, a bakery, a cafe and loads of friendly locals.

Nea Klima is tranquil small fishing and tourist village. It has access to excellent beaches and one beach bar, excellent bakery, taverna, market. All is nearby. Is near to the port of Lutraki but also close to all other beaches and the old town of Skopelos.

Very conveniently located near some of the best beaches of the island and also some of the cutest villages like Glossa. It also has two of the best beaches in the island, hovolo beach and one more secret beach after hovolo that you can only go by hiking swimming or boat.

When we arrived the ferry bus dropped us in Neo Klima, we asked a local about a taxi and before we knew it Alexandra arrived to collect us as there were no taxis available. The hotel is in the most beautiful location, and the beach is paradise. Alexandra was always on hand to help, helping us with buses to town, taxis back to the port, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you Alexandra, we already can’t wait to come back!

The host (Ioannis) is very helpful and answering quickly to any question or request. The house is located very close to the Hovolo beach (walking distance) so it's very convenient for a relaxing day. Other very nice beaches are reachable in short time (from 10 to 25 min drive). In the Neo Klima village there are some nice tavernas and bars. Boat rental is very close as well.AlessandroItaly

Neo Klima is a small little port and with 2mn walk you get to the bakery, tavernas, bars, super markets, etc... and a nice little sandy beach. Our room was comfortable and sparkling clean! Katerina gave us a lot of tips on where to eat, what to visit, which beaches to go. She was extremely helpful and kind and also warmly welcomed our dog! We will definitely come back! When I booked the hotel I thought the rooms came with washing machines which we needed badly but they didn't. You had to hand over your dirty clothes to someone else. We didn't like that but he tried very hard to convince us to allow him to do our clothes. There was a language barrier that didn't help. Other than that, it was very nice.

Even though the does not speak English, Vanessa was able to help translate. They even helped us book Quad Bikes last minute even though it was not their business. The hotel is in an good location with two beaches, and restaurants/cafes nearby. The view from the rooms is very nice, with the sea right in front.

The owner George was very helpful to us when bad weather cancelled our return journey to Skiathos ringing round to travel offices and finding us an alternative way back. The restaurant below the apartment serves tasty and delicious Greek specialities.
