Location is perfect.
Breakfast was very good with many selection of food. Especially the blonde lady was a wonderful host, she explained the food, helped for the daily tour info.
The room with the sea view was new and very good, you can find everything expected from a hotel room.

Clean, comfortable, flexible hours, good breakfast, talkative/informative staff. You can also leave your luggage in case you haven’t checked in or out for some hours. The prices are reasonable as well and the location is perfect as it’s close to the centre and the harbour as well. The owner is a lovely man who’s always there to help and give tips and information. You’ll feel like you’re staying at a friends house and not a hotel.

A pleasant hotel, with its own small enclosed area, with a nice swimming pool (with good depth). The room is large and spacious, but the furniture and plumbing require repair or attention. Great breakfast.

Mytilini is a very beautiful place to visit.
Mytilini is a very beautiful place to visit.
The city itself has very old roots and this in itself makes it quite exciting.
There are quite different options for food and for strolling.
People can enjoy visiting the cobbled street market of Ermou or just opt for strolling around in the harbour and pier (a very nice choice!).
My wife and I have been living just 10 minutes out of the city for the last 2 years and we are still enjoying going for coffee, food, shopping or many times just for our walk.

The new Archeological Museum was great.
The new Archeological Museum was great. The walk along the shore around the castle accessible and a good way to see what the locals were up to. Restaurants were traditional and good. The Municipal Art Gallery is worth a stop.

Stayed at The Blue Sea Hotel in a suite room.
Stayed at The Blue Sea Hotel in a suite room. The view from the balcony was breath taking, beds comfy, fridge cold. All great....only problem was getting my husband off the balcony. Stella on reception was so helpful. Ate at Kafenion O Ermis....gorgeous, throughly recommended. Only in Mytilene for one night ( make sure you visit the castle and Statue of Liberty) and it was enough.

The pitoresque town of Petra with a beautiful beach (but take care, the beach is rocky, you should have bathing shoes); wonderful landscape views with pine forests and olive groves; medieval monasteries in Metochi and Christos; Mytilini with its charming narrow streets and delicious food (the fried squid was the best meal I had in Greece).

Mytilini town is a great place to start your holiday on...
Mytilini town is a great place to start your holiday on Lesvos. Visit the castle which is amazing, walk through the tiny streets of the centre of town and see a variety of architecture. Take a walk around the castle to the west and take a swim in the nearby beach complete with all the facilities you need. view the manor houses to the south and north of the city. Enjoy a coffee or snack around the harbour at one of the many bars or cafes. A couple of days is more than enough and then hire a car and visit the many other magic places around Lesvos. Roads are very good, visit Petra, - with the best beaches in Lesvos, Molivos, Mantamados, Sigri, Eresos, Plomari, Gera and the many amazing monasteries, and don't miss the petrified forest. You'll need another 3-4 days
The staff was so welcoming and helpful! We had a flight that arrived early morning and we were able to check-in hours in advance of the check in time. Beach location is accurate as pictured with gorgeous blue water a very short walk away. We received prompt help with any questions and loved the small town that the stay was located in. Fresh eggs, basic cooking supplies, and jam were all provided at no cost. We were welcomed with open arms and were able to join in some Orthodox Easter activities. Would absolutely return!
Fantastic location - near the town of Mytilene - very clean and well maintained property. The suite we had was fantastic - lots of room to spread out and the private balcony was an added benefit. A huge shout out for Eleni at the front desk; and Maria in housekeeping - both women were exceptional and very attentive. The buffet breakfast was plentiful -‘even if there wasn’t much variation day to day
We really enjoyed our stay here, very welcoming and helpful hosts and the room has everything you need. We liked there was a terrace so we could have breakfast outside :) Also a reasonable price.
It is a short walk into the center of Mytilene but as we like walking and exploring the area so it was not a problem for us at all.
Would always come back if we were to be in Lesvos again :)
We can not speak highly enough of this lovely hotel. The location, the breakfast, the quality, cleanliness and comfort of our Superior Room with Seaview were all excellent but all of these were topped by the staff who were so friendly, helpful and represented the very best of Greek Filoxenia. If we come back to Mytilini, we wouldn’t consider even looking to stay anywhere else.
Mythical Coast Wellness Retreat is a true sample of excellent hospitality! It’s a beautiful and very modern hotel pretty close to Mytilene. The room was very clean with a great view and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Don’t miss to get a massage or try the sauna at their Spa center. The breakfast and the brunch was really good.
This is a great location, walking distance to all the sites in central Mytilini. The view over the harbor is beautiful. Everything in the hotel is newly renovated and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of homemade pastries and all kinds of other choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
Breakfast options were superior and plentiful. Our server Valentina is exceptional, and we enjoyed getting to know her during our weeklong stay. The location is close enough to the airport (just a few minutes) and far enough away so that the beach is quiet and clean, and right there in front of the hotel.
The room met our expectations, the size of the room was quite adequate. The distance to the centre is 10 minutes walk. The hotel staff were friendly and kind. There is a refrigerator in the room, the bathroom is large. The room had a balcony with two chairs and a portable table.
The beds and bedsheets are clean and the room is very comfortable. The location is very good and very close to the beach. We loved the hotel and definetly visit next year. The reception was very kind and friendly. Never had a problem during the stay.
The hotel was a really nice building and the staff were polite. The room was spacious and modern but needs some maintenance. The breakfast was great.
Overall a good stay but they could pay attention to a few details.
Excellent experience all around. Informative and kind hosts. Clean and lovely little apartment. The place is a short walk from the center of town and the owner helped me get a taxi for the airport when I left.
A pleasant hotel, with its own small enclosed area, with a nice swimming pool (with good depth). The room is large and spacious, but the furniture and plumbing require repair or attention. Great breakfast.
Lovely hotel with its own style
Friendly helpful staff
Very good breakfast with traditional foods too
Central location easy to walk to main part of Mytilene
The hotel is in the middle of everything. Very close to the port and the beach. You can enjoy the city just by walking. Giannis is very kind and helpful.
