Breakfast buffet was excellent and a high quality everyday. All the staff are super friendly and really helpful, very knowledgeable on the area and can help with local taxis, tours etc. Went out of their way to offer us two different rooms to choose from on arrival. Was fun that we could all share a room as friends in 3 separate beds.

The hotel is very well situated near the ferry and near the seafront and the many restaurants. It is a family run hotel and the owner Eleni couldn’t have been nicer. Her elderly mother and father were also lovely.
The hotel is basic but very clean and the roof top is a lovely place to sip a glass of wine with a wonderful view.

Fantastic size ! So big and a gorgeous view . Really comfortable bed . Lovely family and a darling dog Bubu!! Set in a hillside surrounded by olive trees . Peaceful and a really short drive into town . You could easily walk in . Fantastic to have a washing machine to get our laundry done and hung out on our own line . Definitely recommend .

The property was well maintained and spotlessly clean.
The room had a kitchenette with all utensils you’d need to cook a light meal. Beds were comfortable and the room was newly refurbished.

we liked the ability to short cut through the owners adjoining property to gain access direct to the coastal path and beach. we liked that there were porch area back and front of the property to facilitate sitting out in the sun at all times.

Short walk, 15(ish) minute walk to the centre of Sami. Amazing views of Sami and surrounds. Was in love with all the animals while I was there, especially the dogs
The studios Stalaktites are located in the area of Drogarati, near the Drogarati Cave, and only 3 km from the port of Sami.

What went well?..... Everything!
Communication was excellent.
Afrodite accommodated our requests prior to arrival - such as a ground floor apartment - and check in process was simple..... reception inside the gift shop for the caves and collect keys.
Car is a must, IMO, unless you're a walker but the heat can be dangerous so be sensible!
The apartment was pristine, comfortable and well equipped.
Cleaner comes every single day - unexpected but most welcome although, on some days we just said "No, thank you" as we'd hardly been there and there really wasn't anything that needed doing.
Bless her - the cleaner actually looked disappointed and I wondered if she only got paid per apartment but I checked and that was not the case.
Managed to drop my SIM card inside the apartment and didn't realise until next day when we were on an all day boat trip.
Hooked onto my friend's data, sent a message to Afrodite and, 12 minutes later, had a reply that it had been found!
Pool was immaculate and a really good size.
Plenty of sunbeds and shade and at the very tail end of the season and into October, we had the pool to ourselves most days.
Added bonus - it was lit at night until around 11pm which we took advantage of on our first night and several others.
It's a peaceful place and we had an absolutely fabulous time there.
We have both previously stayed at Pericles Hotel on each of our individual visits to Kef but our dates meant we couldn't this time. Always been happy enough there but Stalaktites surpassed it by a country mile.
Looking forward to returning next year!
