I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The new building offered a fresh and comfortable atmosphere, and the spacious room was equipped with everything I needed - from beds, a kitchen, and a shower to a desk and fridge. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the surroundings, which truly reflected Georgian charm. Plus, the convenient location with taxis and public transport stops just around the corner made it a breeze to explore the city. Getting to both the train station and the city center took only about half an hour, making this hotel the perfect choice for my trip. I highly recommend it!

Thanks to the owner of the hotel staying there was like visiting friends in Tbilisi. So friendly and hospitable! He helped us a lot and told us many interesting facts about country and culture while he treated us with home wine in the evening :) And the view from the terrace was amazing!
The place is nice and quiet. The room wasn’t big but cozy and we even had a small balcony with a lovely view. There’s a common kitchen, the hotel also provides breakfast and laundry service.
Truly would recommend this place!
