A perfect place to stay if you are in Borjomi region. Nice building, spacious common areas in the building, as well as in the restaurant and in the garden. All of the people working there are more than supportive and welcoming. The host speaks perfect English, so communication is easy. The breakfast was the best we got during our trip in Georgia. Everything that you can ask for (including an incredible Chacha for breakfast ;)) and all of it homemade. We also had dinner there every evening, because it was delicious and really comfortable. They also have a small library and a firesite. There was a corner with kids' toys and our son loved playing inside and outside. They even stopped us from putting back all the toys in the evening and said we should just relax and they will tidy up later - that is a real holiday for parents :D We will definitely recommend Rivendell to all of our friends and come back to Borjumi region at some time just because of this jewel of accommodation!

We stayed two nights at this property and the host Ms. Tacho was very welcoming and she speaks fluent English and gave good ideas about where to visit and how to travel around Bakuriani. The Properly is very cozy and planned well and has a small kitchen with utensils where we can cook our own food. The park is walkable distance and the shops/ su[supermarkets are very close to the property. can take a bus (every 20 minutes) to reach DIdveli and the charge is 1 Lari whereas Bolt taxi charges around 20 Lari. Didveli is amazing where one can enjoy skiing and cable car ride. Overall we had a great stay

There’s not a tourist area of the city so you can feel real life without annoying salesmen with souvenirs and guided tours. 2. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly host(Maggie), Warm and cozy reception, good location, nice clean room, good value for money. Maggie didn't even charge us for breakfast as we didn't know that breakfast wasn't included. I was also invited to join Maggie ,her husbamd with friends for a glass of wine one evening and enjoyed their hospitality. We had an amazing time and will be back next year with our daughter and grandchildren.
