The staff were great, the room was lovely we had been upgraded. The food was excellent.

Lovely atmosphere,very friendly and comfortable. Room large with small balcony and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Great breakfast in dining room even catered for vegetarians. We were travelling with our dog who was made welcome too

The room was very fresh and clean, maybe recently decorated, everything was well thought out, we could come and go, no fuss, and extra tea/coffe/milk, toilet roll and bin bags just outside the room. It’s great that the room had a fridge, the shower was good, radiator could be adjusted to preference. Wi-Fi password is provided in the room. It is room only but in swanage there are lots of places to buy food within easy walking distance.
