The whole experience was beyond expectation. We had an upgrade for the room and had a wonderful suite. The meal in the evening was exceptional if a little expensive. We enjoyed the guided walk in the gardens in the morning.

The room smelled stale, the white lace window curtain was yellow in need of a wash, beds were hard, TV didn't work, left after 30mins to go elsewhere. Did not give me confidence in cleanliness so I didn't feel happy to sleep there.
