Fantastic decor throughout the whole building. The evening meal was brilliant and the staff were really nice and friendly. Great coffee machine in the room using pods which is miles better than instant.
The staff (in particular the person on call - Lyndsey if I recall correctly) was superb after helping us move from Room 7 to Room 8 after an air con noise issue. Top work!!

Had a pleasant stay for one night. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Check-in was super easy and the bed was very comfortable. Generally, liked the room and the facilities were clean.

Lovely, friendly staff in a central location with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area as well as walks. Parking on the road outside the hotel after 6pm or there is an NCP opposite through a walkway, a few minutes away. The hotel does a good Breakfast and the green room is an excellent Restaurant if you don't want to venture out. no need to stay anywhere else. I come here every month.
