It was beautiful, the location was perfect, the room was clean and had everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious and the added addition of the outside area (especially at night) was so pretty.
The added little touch of a hand written note and two towel displayed as swans with rose petals was just lovely.
You made a lovely, romantic stay even better than we could have wished for.

Lovely breakfast - full English was served and there was a choice of some cereals too. The room was clearly recently refurnished and was lovely and the bathroom was really nice. Bed was a double and the mattress a little too soft but that's personal choice. Lovely place, full of character.
Set in beautiful gardens, this 16th-century Tudor farmhouse offers charming en suite rooms, some with discounted rates. Stratford-upon-Avon is just 9.6 km away.

The staff were very helpful, and the cleaner was superb - we left a mess every morning and she always left it immaculate, ignoring small change and any 'tempting' items. She even had a smile for us when we met. Graham said the Breakfast Staff were equally helpful - he had to bring a tray to me each morning, as I am slightly disabled.
There was a lovely shower in a large bathroom, and ample fluffy towels - much appreciated.
Set in beautiful, peaceful landscaped grounds, in the heart of rural Warwickshire, the hotel offers quality accommodation in a charming, lovingly restored former mill.

Nice hotel, lovely ground, fabulous choice at breakfast and the best location for RSC (10 min walk) with adjacent restaurant - if money is no object it is pretty perfect.
Overlooking the RSC Theatre, the 17th-century riverside Swan's Nest hotel has parking and a bar. The town centre is a 5-minute walk away and the rail station is 15 minutes’ walk from the building.

A lovely hotel next to the river, the location is perfect! We got upgraded to a deluxe room which was lovely, the bed was very comfortable with great pillows! The shower pressure was amazing! Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and plenty of it!
The staff were fabulous too, especially Colin the handyman! On our departure day we woke to find we had a flat tyre, Colin came to our rescue and went above and beyond to help us out, the guy even took me to a local tyre place in his own car to get ours fixed! Such a comfort to know that gentlemen like Colin still exist! We’d flattened our battery too so when we came to leave the car needed a push, again Colin to our rescue! Thanks Colin, you truly were a godsend!

Wilmcote is a very quiet and picturesque village with local pub (although we didn't visit here as hygiene rating was only 3 star) and a local store with very friendly staff.
It is only a 7 minute walk to the local train station where you can catch a train straight into Stratford Upon Avon in only 2 stops - easier and cheaper than driving and paying for parking.
