Lovely place. Lovely location, right next to water world, tenpin, odeon. Near food places and shopping centre. The hotel decorated the bedroom for my gf 21st and also let us take glasses + ice back to the hotel. Staff where lovely and accommodating

The girl on reception was lovely. It was comfortable and I slept well. Location was good for what I needed.

Carpets were disgraceful Stains everywhere complained nobody available on desk, emailed and someone responded the afternoon after we checked out, when checking out young girl asked was are stay OK, I said, explained why and also that the air con was not working room was sweltering as it had been a warm day, she just said oh.
