The breakfast was good and freshly cooked to order BUT we had to order the exact cooked breakfast we required for both mornings at the time we arrived .

The location is excellent. That is the main reason we book this hotel regularly when we visit family in the area. We love the garden views and the birds songs in the mornings and evenings. The restaurant serves nice food and the staff are friendly. The playground is a bonus and we’ve spent some lovely evenings in the restaurant garden whilst little one was playing and making friends. It feels like a holiday hotel and not a city hotel.

Staff were utterly delightful. Location was divine. The shower was most enjoyable with plenty of pressure so that my body has never felt so clean and refulgent.
The whole refit of the hotel was well done and blended old and new effectively.
