Location was perfect for what we needed. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow from finding the property to checking in and out. The room was lovely, cosy and modern that provided us with everything we needed - a little home away from home. The Host was available whenever needed and responded as soon as possible. Would highly recommend to others and will be staying over again when we next visit.

The location was great. Nice quiet setting. Pleased my room was on 1st floor. It was busy during my stay but my room was located in a quiet part of the hotel. I liked the tea/coffee making facilities and water.

Swadlincote is a good centre for countryside and riverside walks. It is handy for Derby, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicester and especially Burton-on-Trent. Burton is an excellent shopping centre. There is a lovely park by the river. You can take a tour of the local Brewery and have a lovely lunch, or snack in the tap house. The National Memorial Arboretum is very close just off the A38, and should not be missed - a tranquil and beautiful setting for memorials, not only to the Armed Forces but also the Police, victims of the Twin Towers, and many others.
