Everything was great. We had a fabulous time. The room, the staff, the bar, the location and particularly the Spa. It really was better than we'd hoped. We cannot wait to go again.

I had a problem with the room I had been allocated next to the dual carriageway. The receptionist, Andra, worked very hard with a busy hotel to find me an alternative room. She went above and beyond, her service was first class. She was very helpful and did her very best for me, which was much appreciated. Thank you Andra you did a great job for me, and I appreciate it very much

The room was great, spacious and clean. There was a wedding on but our room was quiet which was fab. Amazing food in restaurant. Loved the leisure facilities.

The bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom with good shower.
The towels were thick and soft, which was lovely.
Good selection of refreshments, with plentiful teabags and biscuits!
The bar is lovely. Spacious and comfortable. Lots of seating areas, with large tables and comfy chairs, or higher tables and chairs.
Great outside area, although but chilly for us to enjoy.
Evening meals were great. Lots of choices and reasonable prices.
Good location, just a short walk into shoppy area and just along the road from a retail park too.
We had a back bedroom so didn't hear traffic noise.
Despite being a pub, the rooms are far enough from the bar that noise was not an issue for us at all.

Clean, friendly, stylish and good service accommodating my late arrival.
From the moment we arrived the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We went to our room which had amazing decor but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom where outstanding. the room was spacious and just the right tempreture with no adjustments. The bed wash was super comfortable and felt very fresh. The breakfast was super fresh and hot so many hotels have over cooked breakfast but not Greenwoods. What a place i would recommend to anyone.
Beautifully restored old Inn that had a clean spacious contemporary feel whilst retaining many historic features and atmosphere. Room very spacious and clean with very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The food and service in the restaurant and bar was exceptional - highly recommended. The village of Stock is very historic and worth a walk round. There are 2 other lovely pub / restaurants as well as this one !! Staff all excellent.
The exterior of the building is superb, the car park is brilliantly laid out. Reception very helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are so lovely, very clean, lovely size, very comfortable - couldn't fault our stay. Bathroom facilities perfect too. I left my phone charger and hotel reception has sorted everything and managed to get this back to. I would a billion percent stay here again.
The property is in the heart of Stock. it is a very old building steeped in history. we found it to be very comfortable. Our room faced the High Street and it was a bit noisy due to the passing traffic but it wasn’t a major issue. we had a minor issue with my wife’s dinner but it was sorted with the minimum amount of fuss.
The hotel sits nicely in its own grounds giving a very nice ambience, the public areas are tastefully decorated and clean and the theme follows through into the bedrooms. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and road noise is limited. Staff are very helpful.
I loved the the staff and the layout of the hotel was traditionally done which gave me 17th century tudor vibes.the restaurant and the food was incredible considering that it was included in the hotel price. So in all the stay was very very accommodating.
The main Inn/Hotel was a gorgeous building and the bar and restaurant area beautifully decorated and cosy. Bathroom was sparkling with a very good shower. We also couldn't fault the staff - excellent welcome and very friendly service.
