The room was lovely, the leisure was ideal for me as I am a swimmer and often find pools too small to get a good session in, this one was great. Finally, the staff, everyone was absolutely delightful, chatty, friendly and helpful, I feel they are definitely your best asset.

Fantastic traditional Yorkshire Inn in an idyllic setting next to the River Wharfe.
Great beer, great food (especially the award winning pies made by the lovely Sarah) and a pub atmosphere that you will not find anywhere else, created by the ever-entertaining owner and landlord Ed. We shall be back!!!

There is nothing to dislike about Skipton, it is a pretty market town, lots of boutique type shops, lovely wine bars & coffee shops & welcoming pubs.
Everywhere we went we received a warm & friendly welcome. The places we ate were cosy and good value for money (Woolley Sheep) and romantic and special (Le Bistro)

One of the best small country hotels we have ever stayed in. Good location, on a main road a few miles outside Skipton, with ample parking. Hotel is a pub that has been recently completely renovated, it has a lovely restaurant that also serves breakfasts, food is excellent. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. There were enough tea and coffee facilities provided in the room with extra tea bags etc available to help yourself from the bar. Soaps etc also provided by the hotel. There was a huge choice at breakfast.
It was a beautiful hotel, in a lovely location.
I would of given it 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the restaurant but unfortunate I can't review the restaurant separately so the hotel suffers with their ratings.
Located across from the Bus Station in the centre of Skipton.
Pre-order breakfast, served in your room at a time chosen by yourself.
Big room, comfortable beds. Clean. Ensuite bathroom.
The house was beautifully decorated. Great location about a 6 minute walk into the centre of Skipton, plenty of off street parking , if no parking spaces left at the hotel.
