Room spotless, after realising how clean, there was zero dust on any surface, classic styled rooms but clean well looked after and fully functional.

A warm welcome by Tina. The Alpaca Lodge is quirky and unique. The lodge itself is very comfortable and well-equipped, with the addition of the most beautiful animals wandering around. They are so well cared for. The outdoor facilities are great, bbq's, many seating areas, games and the pool is a huge bonus. We can't wait to return.

Well what can I say. This place is absolutely amazing!!! We loved everything about it!! We will definitely be regulars!! If you want in the middle of the countryside this place is it!! The bed is so so comfortable! There isn't one bad thing I can say about our stay!! Kate left us some bits for breakfast what was absolutely delicious!! The area around is just so so beautiful!!

The location was beautiful with stunning walks on your doorstep. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and really helpful for breakfast the morning after we arrived. The cottage itself is very comfortable and cosy - a perfect home from home. Monique was on hand when we needed a hand with something and nothing was too much trouble for her - a perfect host. The village cafe at the end of the row is worth a visit with tasty coffee and delicious scones. Would definitely return and hope to do so again soon.

Excellent location, very private, view out over open countryside. Stepping from the french windows straight into the countryside. No people around, just lots of wildlife and birdsong. Close to many North Kent nature reserves (within a half hour drive)

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at Watercress Barns. The balcony apartment was very well equipped, bright and comfortable. Perfect for our 3 nights stay. There are some good local pubs in close by villages serving great food. Very easy to access the accommodation from M2 and M20 too.

Sittingbourne is a good and convenient place to stay if you are want to visit north Kent, but also fancy a trip or two into London. Nearby attractions include: Seaside towns like Margate, Whitstable, Broadstairs, Minster and Herne Bay. RSPB nature reserve on the Isle of Sheppey. The traffic on the main A2, running through Sittingbourne, is a nightmare at rush hour times, and there are numerous traffic lights along the route. A short distance takes longer to travel than you might anticipate, even in non-rush-hour periods. There is a complicated one-way system in the town centre and there is nowhere to pull up, just to pick up or set down a passenger, outside the railway station (unless you happen to be a taxi). Her house was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely garden/backyard. The location was great for our needs, just about 10 mins drive to Sittingbourne station and about 20-25 minutes to Tankerton beach (Whitstable) and 20 minutes to Elmley Nature Reserve. The house is right next to the Borden Cricket Club entrance. The customised home cooked breakfast was delicious. This B&B is an easy recommendation.
