Everything and everywhere was spotless from room to bar to dining areas. The staff were incredible, nothing was too much everyone was so friendly genuine credit to the hotel the staff. Breakfast once again was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook, the best hotel I’ve stayed in within the North East.

Warm greeting by one of the hosts, excellent chance to ask any questions. No breakfast offered with this accommodation as the ground floor is a bar, 1st floor a restaurant but plenty of eating places very close by. Not an issue.

Staff were very welcoming and so friendly, cannot fault them at all. The manager was kind enough to give us a lift as the local taxi company are a bit unreliable. A good full English breakfast was great value for money. The place isn't fancy or high end but it's great value for money if you're looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep for a night or two.
