We had an issue with the loo, the water took about 5 hours to stop running after a flush, then you could flush again.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. The room was larger than I thought it would be with an additional bed, no additional fee though :) There was everything I could have needed in the room - iron and ironing board, heater, fan, hair drier, tea, coffee and biscuits.

Close M11 and Stansted. A small village with some local shops. Good location to explore Essex and South Suffolk, lots of things to see nearby. The roads are narrow and there are lots of small villages with speed limits. A popular area for cyclists and bikers.johnUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The food was exceptional, would use them again but unfortunately no more events expected in their location. Only negative was the man who helped serve breakfast, he was not dressed appropriately - it looked like pyjamas but likely shorts & T-shirt

Staff were friendly and polite. Bar and restaurant seemed lovely, I had a couple of wines in the bar and it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but again seems Iovely.
