Really good facilities, the room was spotless and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, great shower, spacious and loads of storage space not that we needed it. Kitchen and living room at our disposal with sky tv and pool table (great added bonus). Hosts were brilliant, really helpful, left us to ourselves but there if we needed. Didnt have the cooked breakfast but great options for cereal ect. Would definitely stay here again, location is perfect!

We travelled on a motor bike so eating locally is important. We tried two of the three pubs and enjoyed the food at both. We would like to have walked from the property but this wasn’t possible, which was a disappointment.

Not exactly a hive of activity! No shops around and only 3 pubs which all were mostly empty.. Nice if you want a quiet retreat to get away from it all and get back to nature but not for is who like busy.

Very friendly place to visit, with great places to eat and relax. Food portions are huge and very yummy, great atmosphere, kind people and just a great place to stay while exploring Wales and the Brecons.

We loved our visit. Beautiful little self contained space! Dinner in the pub next door, a superb meal. Breakfast in the morning was delivered to us, it was great too. Many thanks for a lovely overnight stay. Would like to revisit one day and may be stay longer. Lovely outdoor space to sit if the weather is good and very friendly host too!

We visited Brecon and Builth Wells and found everyone we met was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and kept us going all day.
