The Swan Hotel, hotel in Saint Wenn

Located in Wadebridge and within 2.5 km of Brea Beach, The Swan Hotel features a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi.

We very much enjoyed the very central location of the hotel. We were able to get around the town, access the Camel trails and visit bars and restaurants with absolute ease. This is a oub hotel. The food there looked great. We were not disturbed by any noise at all. The lady at the bar kindly helped us store bags before we checked in. She later checked us in, efficiently. The room was of a good size and tastefully furnished. There were enough radiators for a cool evening! The price for such a centrally located room was excellent 👌.

Trehellas House Hotel & Courthouse restaurant, hotel in Saint Wenn

Nestled amid the beautiful Cornish countryside, between Bodmin and Wadebridge, this charming hotel is beautifully set within a Grade II listed building, dating back to the early 18th century.

The price was very affordable so we accepted the offer to upgrade the room for a small payment. OMG. The Courtroom Suit was amazing. A great breakfast was included in the price and dinner options were also great.

A typical Cornish village with quaint cornish side roads and beutiful views. Very freindly people and a relaxed way of life. many places to eat and drink within easy driving distances and all had friendky helpful staff and nice atmospheres. Many different roads to go om with easy access to all attractions in Cornwall and Devon. Some of the roads can get very narrow but that is one of Cornwalls attractions. The main Roads can be busy but the small roads are much quieter especially accros the moors. The minor roads near the coast can be very narrow aand steep but no problems were found accessing them.

Driving to St Wenn was an experience as the narrow roads were our first time. Maybe good reverse skill is needed. But when you got to the cottage, the view was superb. Just what u need to unwind and enjoy. Places we visited were so picturesque.. Port Issac, Boscastle, Tinatgel, Padstow and there’s still places we didn’t have time to go. The Pilchards restaurant had so good view and great seafood choices.

St Wenn is a quintessential Cornish country village in a handy, central location in North Cornwall. Very peaceful and tranquil. Within easy range of a large number of towns, beaches and tourist sites on both south and north coasts. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within a few miles of the village offering from basic to high-end eating and drinking opportunities.
