The use of space in the apartment was innovative and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location (Except on a Saturday night as restaurant nearby was noisy) and St Neots great.

If you're visiting Bedfordshire or Cambridgeshire, this is a very good base, easily accessible via the A1M. St Neots is a nice littel town, a few good restuarants, coffee shops and not too far from Cambridge.

We visited for a family wedding at Bassmead Manor so didn’t eat out in St Neots. There were several shops, some small and independent which is good. We did notice great cafes for breakfast/lunch and a good footpath by the river for riverside walks. Steve’s Taxis provided excellent customer service to and from the venue at very reasonable prices.

Saint Neots is a lovely little village on a long river with boating and walking on offer in the area. The other advantage is it's proximity to Cambridge which is also beautiful. A wonderful place to visit.

Ate at the Snooty Tavern which was very good, and Aunties Thai where the food was a bit mixed and disappointing after reading so many good reviews.

Lovely place to stay, lovely old places to go too, small museum in St.Neats, the riverside/park has a restrant come tea/rooms, friendly staff, and a nice walk.
clothes shops/.Eaton-Socon the next village has a working Lock nice walks, and a nice friendly Pub by the water, family and pet friendly place to visit.
I stayed here for one night and was extremely impressed at the friendliness of the staff, quality of food and the quality of the rooms. This is absolutely not a typical "pub with rooms", and honestly exceeds some chain hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was exceptional with a rainfall shower. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was outstanding. I can thoroughly recommend the Eaton Oak and will definitely default to staying there again when I need to stay in the area.
A fantastic hotel that ticked all boxes. the room was spot on with the most comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in, I’m even thinking of getting one at home.
the food on site was amazing in their restaurant, pricey, but you pay for what you get. The location was beautiful overlooking gorgeous lakes and great for dinner and drinks on the lake.
Just ensure you book the Y spa in advanced as it does book out.
highly recommend this place and we shall be staffing again, 100%.
The location was perfect, walking distance to town.
Beautiful Park basically next door. Parking was great just in front of the apartment.
The host was very nice and checked up to make sure I had everything I needed. I arrived very late in the evening and was surprised to have coffee and tea as well as food at the apartment, it was certainly appreciated.
Overall, a great stay and I hope I get to go back soon.
Very considerate hosts.
We have stayed at the Waterfront before and made sure we booked again when seeing family in the area. The facilities are all you need with large comfy beds. What makes this place special though is the staff. They all smile and have a great demeanour when you need to ask for something or query something. This starts when you arrive with the receptionists and continues through your stay with the bar staff and kind people at Breakfast
A lovely property, we received full information prior to arrival. The house was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area was also very spacious leading out to the balcony which overlooked the river. The beds were very comftable. Excellent location right in the heart of St Neots. Cannot fault this property.
The pub/hotel is located on the edge of the town near the golf club and about 20 minutes walk to the town centre.
If you don't fancy the walk there is a good taxi service to run you into town.
Breakfast was very nice and a good choice on the menu.
Every member of staff we interacted with were outstanding. The grounds and rooms are great, especially the views from the bar. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and polite, every single person we came into contact with.
Spa was closed, room too noisy due to the fan being faulty. Breakfast was alright.
The hotel's facilities are wrongly advertised. You'r spa was closed and not even been able to book a table in the restaurant.
The location was ideal for us. Bang in the centre of town. The TV was large and the wifi was very fast. Nice and comfy furniture and the bed was very comfortable.
Fabulous location. Great outlook. Super convenient access to town amenities. Spacious and comfortable lounge with comprehensive entertainment for rainy days.
