I had booked a twin room received an email to say that there was none available. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn we were given the Penthouse room which was great.

They bugs in the room, and they bites me even when I found a proove of that they did not acknowledge his existence. They change my room after 2 nights and first when I asked for a refunds to go to another hotel they rejected. With all the bites on my body and that I have a paper from one of the doctor They denied it
