Antler Lodge, hotel in Rushton Spencer

Set in Rushton Spencer in the Staffordshire region, Antler Lodge features a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

Antler Lodge will definitely go down as one of the best places I've ever stayed. Barbara and Angus were so welcoming and greeted us with such warmth from the outset, they really couldn't have done more to make our stay as lovely as it was. We only had a short stay as we were going to a wedding nearby but the lodge was so clean, cosy and the fresh eggs were such a treat. We got to see the pigs and piglets after the wedding which was the best surprise! Wish we could have stayed longer but I've no doubt we will be back soon!

Waggon and Horses, Eaton, Congleton, hotel in Rushton Spencer

Located in Eaton, 8.5 km from Capesthorne Hall, Waggon and Horses, Eaton, Congleton provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

4 STARS for our one night stay. The room (6) was lovely, newly decorated and very cosy! We stayed on a Saturday night, all the rooms were fully booked by wedding guests in the local area? The noise late at night was a slight issue as you could hear people opening and closing the main door and coming up the stairs. The windows to the rooms are not double glazed, again, you can hear the cars driving past and people talking outside. We had everything we needed in the room, en-suite with a shower, large tv, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities… but NO cups/mugs to make a brew in. We didn’t sleep very well and needed a coffee to kick start us before our journey home! I loved the continental breakfast!! and the box it was delivered in.

Every little detail has been thought about with facilities...

Every little detail has been thought about with facilities in the Shepherds hut. Tv, fridge, oven with rings & grill, pull out table, chairs, glasses, crockery, washing up liquid, tea cloth and towels. This is truly a brilliant getaway if you want to wind down and relax. The drive to the location was breathtaking too. You certainly know you’re in the countryside. Thank you

The location is tricky to find.

The location is tricky to find. But we were traveling in the dark. Barbra and Angus soon got us sorted, however. Other than that. It’s a lovely place. With lots of space, and good facilities. A real home from home. We were made to feel very welcome. And enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Alton Towers which took us about 20 mins to get to from here. The What Three Words for the location are: self.ripen.niece

Quiet property on a farm in the middle of nowhere!

Quiet property on a farm in the middle of nowhere! Sat nav not accurate but Angus came to the side of the road to welcome us after a phone call. Beautifully clean quirky cottage that we had a wonderful stay in.
