The decor and cleanliness were fantastic. Beds are very comfortable and the room is spacious with lots of extras.

Arrival was smooth and welcoming. Parking was excellent; well arranged at the front of the hotel and reasonably secure, with good oversight from the front desk / lobby area. The room was clean and well presented, as were the public areas. The Bella Italia restaurant provided a very good and reasonably priced evening meal without need to go elsewhere. The service in the restaurant was also good. The breakfast service in the same dining space was similarly good - wide selection and appreciated.

It's one of the best hotels I've been to so far. Very modern room and bathroom. Very clean. Good breakfast, lovely health centre for hotel guests ( sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym ) and spa. I had a full body massage. It was sooooo good and relaxing. The hotel is close to the shopping centre, Dover Castle, restaurants and to ferries ⛴️ it was a wonderful stay

The new look to the hotel was great - The new sign and fresh paint.
The toiletries in the bathroom were helpful and there was a good amount of tea/coffee/sugar/milk. The 2 bottles of water were also a nice touch.
The fridge was amazing, as I have a baby so was able to store his milk and the other children's juice and fruit.
The breakfast was lovely. There was a lot of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was very central and it was great that we could walk to so many places.

Dino our host and his manager were very accomodating..paul could not do enough for you.. It was nice and quite, with a big lounge where you could meet other guests if you wished.. a kitchen to use with all the neccesary appliances.. very happy with our stay.. would stay again..
