    A nice private estate but I could not see a reason to visit...

    A nice private estate but I could not see a reason to visit unless you had a good reason, like we did. It is a pleasant enough town, what we saw of it but nothing jumped out as worth visiting otherwise. If you need to be there for work, or in our situation a course at the nearby Birchwood Bussiness Park, this is ideal and only 15 minutes walk away
