Fantastic location with elegant and well furnished country house hotel. We stayed in a junior suite that accommodated two adults and our two-year old well. Lovely dinner on arrival where we were attended by a charming waiter and my partner was even able to converse with him in her native Spanish.

A fine location on the Old Way pilgrim trail, which we were following, plus the numerous pathways on the South Downs. It was tucked away and quiet. The accommodation was pristine and new.

We spend three nights in lovely accommodation in Ringmer. It was a good base for coastal day trips. The Anchor pub was our local pub with lovely friendly staff and excellent food.
Was lovely seeing the cricket on the village green too.
