The thing that we like the most was the breakfast. Included in the price, we had the possibility to try the real full Scottish breakfast and it was amazing. Also the pancakes with cream and berries were delicious. And we liked the bathroom, was new and modern, with a lot of light, the shower was quite big and the bathroom spacious

Location and was very laid back

With free private parking, the Aynetree Guest House is on a main bus route, with excellent direct access to Edinburgh city centre.

The location was handy to the centre there were buses and trains or not too expensive Ubers. The shower was okay and I think the towels and bed sheets were clean. Self check in was useful. Good for one night but not a great sleep.
