Comfortable bed, good hearty relaxing breakfast, their dining room is very well presented. Room and facilities were very good.
I was in Lochgilphead for a job interview, on the day it was raining, rather than get drenched walking to the nearby location (10 mins) Janette gave me local Taxi numbers. When I could not get through to book a taxi (taxi's busy or no reception), their son Stuart offered and drove me to and from the interview location, thank you all.
They were also very flexible re checkout time as my interview was after late morning.
They went over and above to help, and I am very grateful.

Lovely old house with lots of character. Room was large, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, with a great view. Location great too. Pauline made us feel so welcome, and cooked a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend

Right from the start this is a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, peaceful location and a lovely old building. The welcome from the girl manning reception/ serving dinner was truly exceptional as was all of the service we had there. We had a lovely, comfortable room with a great shower. The food was delicious and the dining room is lovely with wonderful views. Can't recommend this place enough. There was even home made shortbread in the room. So nice!
