Breakfast was very good, the owner and staff welcoming and helpful. Anyone looking for an "olde-worlde" type lodging would be satisfied with this place, but it has the usual mod-cons, wi-fi, tea and coffee in the room, ensuite shower-room etc.

The location is beautiful with amazing views. However if you’re staying in the Manor House there is nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the view. There is a tiny walled courtyard next to the car park
