We stayed in Nov. It was very peaceful. Scenic views across the beach and bay out to sea. The castle was closed , but the old church was open and we were given tour around it. We didn't need the car park (staying at the B&B) , but it is quite large and had very clean free toilets. A small place with it's own beach , church , castle and pub. +++++

Manorbier is a pretty little village with a nice beach and coastal walks, however whilst we were there the interesting looking Norman church and Manorbier castle were both closed to visitors even though there were notices saying that they were open all day. The holiday was in late September but with the amount of visitors still there it was very disappointing that these places were closed. We would also have given a much higher rating to the hotel but we had booked it specifically so that we could eat in the restaurant in the evening only to find when we got there that they no longer did meals on a Sunday and Monday due to staffing problems but we did eat there and had a very nice meal on the Tuesday evening. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and we would book this hotel again when the problems of Covid are over.

Lovely little village (not the first time I have visted) with an interesting Castle and beach as well as a norman church with a white tower. Very quiet in the evening with just a pub and a cafe and a restaurant.

A lovely place to stay or visit.

A lovely place to stay or visit. Although a quiet place there are some good facilities. Lovely beach cafe and also a good pub that we have eaten in twice. The fish and chips were excellent. There is the castle to visit also an old Norman church.

easy walk to the local beach.

easy walk to the local beach. Didn't have time to explore the local coastal walks in either direction but that was mainly due to the wet weather so we took a trip to Colby Woods nearby. The castle was open but we missed that too as it had closed by the time we arrived for check in.

Lovely spacious apartment, spotlessly clean. The staff at the pub were really welcoming and we enjoyed staying in the pub gardens. They have a couple of rooms for guests and really looked after us with booking a table to eat. Right in the centre of Manorbier with a lovely walk to the beach and castle. We found parking on the road and the small carpark owned by the pub opposite. Busy but always found a spot. There was music on Friday night which was great for us and no walk home!

Great location if you want somewhere a bit off the beaten track (Been to Manorbier before so I knew what to expect). Lovely pub with decent food if a bit busy at times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some peoples reviews mentioned that parking was impossible. It's not easy but just bear in mind that it is a very small village and once the day trippers to see the castle have all gone home in the evening we had no trouble finding a parking space close to the Castle Inn.

Excellent location with views of the sea and the old church , with the castle just across the road. Lovely room with large king bed and sea view. Plenty of choice for breakfast plus a well-stocked buffet. Had a meal in the restaurant on one evening. This was very good and the restaurant/breakfast room was really nice with views out to sea. On the other evenings we used the local pub which was a couple of minutes walk and had a good selection of food.

Everything met expectations and quite a lot exceeded them. The location is outstanding, truly picture-postcard, and we had one of the best views imaginable across the lovely hotel grounds and the pretty church on the hill, down to the sea, the many surfers, and the beautiful bay. The food was also very good and the pudding of choice was one of the best ever. The staff were informal and friendly.

The atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant was relaxed, friendly and unpretentious, but the quality of the restaurant food was impressive, as was the copious cooked breakfast. The setting, with views over a medieval castle and a charming, unspoiled beach., was exceptional. The hotel was conveniently situated between the local hub of Tenby and the well-known National Trust coastline at Stackpole.

An extremely comfortable, clean and well arranged room. The hostess was super courteous. Even though we arrived late, she was very kind to ask if we needed dinner as the kitchen was closing. The breakfast was fantastic. I am glad I did not choose Penally Abbey as this Lodge was FAAAR better than it. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY OVER ANY OTHER IN TENBY AREA.

The location was great. Short walk to beach, castle, pub. Shame the cafe wasn't open, but it was due to open at some stage. Pub menu was really impressive. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Accommodation clean. Welcome milk and welsh cakes which was lovely. Close to Tenby and other attractions, such as several other castles.

The Manorbier Castle Inn was ideally located for my needs. I was at a wedding at the castle and this accomodation was in very easy walking distance to the castle, church and beach. The staff were very friendly, the pub and accomodation had a nice intimacy to it and the standard and cleanliness were lovely.
