Accommodation was cancelled the day before. It was bank holiday weekend so we struggled to find alternative accommodation at more than double the cost. Was then advised that refund would take 5-7 days so still not received any money.

The location of the property is very good, near the Bournemouth pier. The gardens and leisure club are very nice.
The Riviera Hotel has a peaceful location, looking out over the trees of Alum Chine to the bay. With free Wi-Fi and free parking, leisure facilities include a hot tub and indoor pool.

meal offered good choice and was enjoyable in pleasant surroundings. Swimming pool good size with jacuzzi. Walking distance to beach down through Alun Chine and parking available. Room had a balcony with view of the sea. Staff friendly and helpful . A most enjoyable few days stay.
Located just 5 minutes' walk from East Cliff sandy beaches, on the Bournemouth coastline, Orchid Hotel is just a short distance from the city centre.

The hotel is lovely, in a great location and a nice bar to relax in.
The breakfast was really good however the restaurant wasn't open in the evenings on the days we were there.
This 3-star Victorian hotel is set high on Bournemouth's East Cliff offers beautiful sea views, gardens and a leisure club. Frederick's Restaurant is set against the striking backdrop of the sea.

Very friendly staff who managed to upgrade us to a seaview room as the first room offered was tiny, dark and dirty.
Wonderful view overlooking the sea.
With rooms offering fine Egyptian linen, handsprung beds, and plasma TVs, Hotel Du Vin Poole is just 10 minutes’ walk from Poole Harbour.

Lovely setting in a quiet location.
Room was comfortable but detached from the main property which meant going outside to my room…luckily it didn’t rain.
Bed was very comfortable and the rainfall shower was great.
Food in the restaurant was good, although the didn’t have any steak.
With paid parking and free Wi-Fi throughout, The Hermitage Hotel is just metres from Bournemouth’s sandy beach. It has an award-winning restaurant, modern bedrooms and wonderful sea views.

Hotel was very busy, so only 2 rooms available. But still comfortable and clean. Breakfast is always very good and the staff are amazing especially Ali on the front desk, always goes out of his way to help.
