Good location close to an excellent pub, the George & Dragon where keycard was collected. Rooms are in two blocks with nominated parking close by. Eco friendly accommodation, with a large room and facilities which all worked well. Breakfast not available but this was known before I booked so wasn't an issue.

We stayed at the old bell for a wedding and had an amazing stay. Our room was immaculate, exceeded our expectations with tea, coffee, biscuits in the room. A mini fridge with fresh milk was also provided. The bathroom was spotless with ample fluffy towels. Breakfast was a continental style with cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and meats. Toast, teas and coffee was served too. Our hosts, Greg and Jacqui were knowledgeable of the area, kind, and took the time to chat with us. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning. Fantastic. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well located. I had a whole section of the house to myself with two bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. All was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Lovely garden and river views. It worked out a little on the expensive side for me as a solo traveller but would be amazing value for a family. Self service continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and good quality.

Pretty much everything was spot on

Just 3 miles from the Sandringham Estate, The Ffolkes features 24 en suite rooms and free Wi-Fi throughout. There is ample free secure parking.
