Great location for our needs. Enjoyed using the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. We had issues with the room but those were fully resolved by the manager and head housekeeper. A great welcome every morning at breakfast too from the gentleman greeter.

Located in a great spot, the staff were very professional, the accommodation was clean, food was great, and it was clearly a popular pub as well occupied over our stay a bit noisy with the aeroplane ✈️ going over head at night but didn't stop us enjoying the stay

Beautiful room, comfy bed, very clean everywhere and shower lovely. Nice touches like bottled water was appreciated. Staff on the night I arrived and next morning were lovely and friendly. I thought my stay would be exceptional because of first impressions. I had arrived late due to traffic and was offered a drink free of charge. Breakfast was lovely and it was no issue when I asked to swap items. At this point apart from.being cold in my room I was happy.

Friendly staff and great for golfers and racecourse users. Good swimming pool and convenient parking. Rooms are tired and dated and the double beds were uncomfortable for two people. There also wasn’t enough staff breakfast and the volume of people meaning food ran out quickly.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Check in was quick and friendly. The food in the Restaurant was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly without going over the top. Ideal place to stay for Gatwick Airport. I can throughly recommend staying here.

Because there was nobody at the front desk I had to phone the hotel to inform them that the one light bulb in the bathroom did not work, the tap in the bathroom did not work properly and the basin did not drain properly BUT they did nothing about it. The furniture was also visibly dirty.

Some light bulbs weren’t working and as there was no heated towel rail in the bathroom we couldn’t dry our towels so had no alternative but to have fresh ones each day. Not enough seats in the restaurant so Sunday morning we left without breakfast as the queue for a table was too long. This really does have to be sorted.LynUnited Kingdom
