I have visited the Claremont on many occasions and every time my stay has been second to none. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are everything you need and the breakfast is lovely, well cooked, cooked to order and more than great value for the price of the stay.
The Claremont is well situated for easy transport routes and there are local shops nearby.
What makes The Claremont special though, are the amazing people who work there. They give an extremely warm welcome to everyone who walks through the door, nothing is too much trouble and they make everyone feel like family.

The location was handy, very near the station. Although I’d just booked a room, I was given a 2 bed flat. Mattress extremely comfy, everything very clean. Getting in with 2 codes was well-explained and easy

Accommodation was A1 but it could be improved by having more twin rooms available. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful Easy to get around Leyland if you follow Sat Nav advice. We loved everything about r stay .
We loved everything about r stay . Great hamper provided and Trisha was only a text away if we needed anything. The house was amazing very clean and tidy and very stylish decore and furnishings . I would recommend staying here we loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Staff at the booking agency were pleasant and helpful and arranged for someone to provide us with an extra 5 mugs, enough cutlery for 7 and a dish-cloth and t-towel. There is a large garden area, which we didn't use as we visited in February, but it would be a good, enclosed outdoor space in summer.

It was very clean too. It is conveniently located for Leyland town-centre, being only 10 minutes or so walk. The owner was very helpful, and quick to respond to the questions I submitted prior to arrival. We were only staying one night but would happily have stayed for longer. The rooms are basic, as it's a motel but with decent furnishings, and presumably popular with guests attending events at the attached function venue and bar. Free car park, no fuss check-out and easy access to the motorway.
