This was a great place to base ourselves for a few days, being half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and not far South of Falkirk, with a 5-10 minute drive to trains and buses. Our room and unsuite well set up, and the attached kitchen/ TV room was great with everything we could need for meals, etc. The cooked breakfast prepared by Wayne and Heather, our wonderful hosts, was fantastic, with my partner especially liking the syrup porridge. Would recommend.

In a busy area of Lanarkshire, but it's a lovely big mansion type house. Staff (Raj ?) was pleasant, put the heating on when requested, room clean, shower/toilet clean etc. Busy road with room at front, but that can't be helped. Nice big garden at back and small stream/brook down the hill at the side of property.

Great location not more than a ten minute walk to the town centre, that's if you don't stop for a drink in one of the pubs on the way. Parking is always welcome boost and it was off street so no need to worry. Breakfast was great and plenty.

The Church View room had everything we needed and more light and spacious. A delicious breakfast was served in an exquisite dining room and there was off street parking.
Kay and Billy were the perfect hosts
