Lovely room spotlessly clean. Very good welcome tray. Easy check in. Breakfast very good with lots of options including fruit cereal etc and great cooked veggie options. Only problem was nobody around to do our hot drinks. Super dog friendly only criticism is price for having our two dogs with us at £10 each ! I absolutely get paying for dogs but feel £10 per room is fairer, however we would definitely stay again. Great location for access to the beach and lovely walk to Sheringham and back over the cliffs.
In a beautiful woodland location, the recently refurbished Felbrigg Lodge hotel is situated in an idyllic romantic setting on the north Norfolk coast.

Absolutely loved the facilities. The hot tub was great and the time slots for individual use of the pool. It was so quiet and peaceful there, you could really relax. The bed was very comfortable and a lovely bath.

Staff members fantastic, Peter is a great asset and welcoming, the hotel had a wonderful vibe, high end elegance but relaxed feel. Nothing too much trouble.

Kelling was the village along the road from the hotel, there was no footpath along the main road so it was not accessible on foot.
We would have liked to catch the bus along the coastal road but could not get to the bus stop on foot.
But there was a nice walk from the hotel to the sea. Holt, the nearest little town was beautiful, so many Georgian buildings

The whole hotel is superb and very well appointed. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the cooked breakfast choices are the best we have ever had in UK over 50 years!
The location is quite and so near to all the North Norfolk coast which is beautiful. Also near two lovely National Trust properties well worth visiting at Felbrigg and Blikling.

Very close to coast for visit to seaside towns and Holt old market town for independent shops , pubs and eateries. Stones throw from Muckleborough Military Museum. Access to country walks. Norfolk Ornithologist Site very close by. Bird and seal watching. Holt country park nearby. Local National Trust houses and gardens nearby ; Felbrigg and Blickling Halls. Only slightly further afield are Holkham Hall and Sandringham House. One hour drive into old city of Norwich. We ate breakfasts in hotel and evening meal, good quality food and portions. One night we went into neighbouring Cley village pub, 3 Swallows for evening meal. Coast Hopper hourly bus service runs past hotel drive enabling visits to all local coastal districts and some inland villages, think £2 unlimited daily travel.

Great hotel and spring board for Sherringham.
We went seal watching at Winterton
Room excellent it is I believe one of two rooms at the top of hotel which have additional facilities but worth it for a short stay.
We requested a view of the other rooms as it was quiet in January and they are all excellent.
We like this time of year we will be back again

Great site. Lodges were well spaced out in the trees.
Great site. Lodges were well spaced out in the trees. Shop is great. They had everything we needed.
We spent 2 days on beach at Wells, one at Felbrigg, one at Holkham and one at East Ruston garden. All were lovely. Went shopping in Holt on one day and on the Weybourne to Sheringham train on another. This was the highlight for my granddaughter.
The sausage rolls at the beach cafe in Wells are to die for. Mostly ate at the site cafes in Felbrigg, East Ruston and Holkham. Didn't need to cook at the lodge on many occasions.

What's not to like! Peaceful location, beautiful Shepards hut, great base for exploring North Norfolk, plenty to see and do in local area, relaxing, magical, comfy, cozy, warm, very well equipped. Star gazing through window above the bed, chilling in the hot tub, watching the nature all around, cozying up by the log fire...just wow! All round exceptional on all measures. Book without hesitation, you will not be disappointed...this will be a break you will not forget!
Great location - we were able to visit a lot of the villages in the surrounding areas and return to the hotel as a base.
Great food - we had breakfast, dinner and a Sunday roast. Staff were very attentive.
Room - decent sized room. Useful to be by the back door with having our dog with us so we could take him out when needed. Dyson hair dryer in the room and loved the toiletries. Clean room.
Staff - very welcoming and friendly towards humans and pets.
We liked the location, the staff were very polite and kind, the dinner tasty and the waiters very well mannered.
The hotel had several lounges to have a drink/coffee after dinner without feeling the need to have to rush to our room. There were many groups of people chilling out in those lounges none of them too loud .
The gardens are very nicely kept so lovely to see them from the windows in the hotel.
Food was outstanding, excellent presentation, portions were large, and quality first class, equal to most good London restaurants. Price at £35 per head for 3 courses was remarkable. Staff we excellent, friendly and accommodating, nothing was any trouble, no issues with Covid restrictions, staff wore masks at all times. tables well spaced out, we will be returning to the Pheasant Hotel.
Really nice hotel modern and very clean lovely location in the country we had a suite in the top floor nice views over the country side. There was ample parking really nice atmosphere in the hotel food was excellent staff really friendly will definitely stay here again when in the area. Contact with the hotel before arriving was very good.
Beautifully presented hotel. Good sized bedroom and ensuite with comfortable beds and pillows.
Lovely touches in the room such as lavender and chamomile atomiser to spray to aid sleep, full sized bottles of shower gel, shampoo, moisturiser etc...
Superb breakfast.
Lovely lounges to relax in. Friendly, helpful staff
Beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting near the coast. Very well decorated throughout with a lovely orangery where you can have drinks and food. All the staff were great and very friendly. Our bedroom was great with a lovely wide bed and well appointed bathroom. Food in the restaurant was good if a little pricey.
Breakfast was very good but service horrible . Especially one lady with short hair who gave us a long speech because the other staff let us get in with side doors ! It was horrible beginning of the day . Spoil everything. Never experience such a treatment in any hotel in my life.
Location was lovely. Food was good. Staff were excellent, pleasant and helpful.
Bed was extremely comfortable, bedding was spotless. Shower was impressive.
We didnt realise it was a dog friendly hotel, so we enjoyed meeting nice people with their dogs.

Lovely quiet room, walks directly from hotel and good location for exploring the coast. Breakfast was tasty and excellent size portions. Friendly staff and the bar/lounge was a pleasant place to pass the evening.
Everything was exceptional, especially the staff.
