Lovely little market town where we normally just break our journey up to Aberdeen. It was nice to spend a little bit longer even though it's now the 'off season'. Lovely surroundings - it would seem there's a lot to do around there in Spring/Summer. Also some nice restaurants - especially Bella Sicily.

Plenty to see all within easy walking distance in this small town. Good choice of eating out, even on a Sunday evening. There is also a good selection of independent shops and small businesses in the centre.

Lovely apartment, felt more like a cottage. Everyone in Jedburgh were friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops, gift shops, bars and restaurants and places of interest, also near to other places to visit ie. Kelso, Hawick and a bit further Edinburgh. All car parks in Jedburgh are free which is a huge bonus. The river walk is very relaxing.

Our was just an overnight stop travelling back home.from a trip to the far orth if Scotland. But a longer stay would have allowed us to visit some of the historical sites which looked interesting. There was a very ni e italian restaurant opposite the 'hotel'.

Jedburgh was a good base for the walks and visits to abbeys we had plaaned. However, tip for other travellers if you want to eat out book ahead! Opening times in the Borders are quirky to say the least and sometimes owners don't adhere to them. We found some great restaurants but we discovered you can't just go into Jedburgh and expect to get a meal!

Breakfast was good. Due to COVID restrictions and the lack of open restaurants we ordered a Chinese takeaway and ate it in the outside area. The hotel were very accommodating and kept up a regular supply of locally brewed beer. The outside area at the rear is good. Not exactly a beer garden but it is nice to have an outside cover area segmented into separate areas with table service.

Clean and comfortable town house in the centre of Jedburgh. Very well equipped with everything you might need. Decor is modern. Two large bathrooms with excellent showers. Handy for the shops, there is a large Coop supermarket 5 mins walk away. Jedburgh makes a good base for touring the area and there are some interesting walks around the town and surrounding areas

This property was perfect. After 10 days of traveling around Scotland I stayed here for one night and wished I could’ve stayed more. I had the Castle room. Absolutely stunning room, impeccably, clean, super accommodating hosts, perfect location to town while still being secluded. Excellent food, lovely dining area, lots of little amenities. Easy offstreet parking.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. There were caring touches such as milk in the fridge on arrival and a packet of shortbread which made you feel welcome. The location of the apartment is great for exploring Jedburgh (everything is walkable) and there is lot's to do in the area.

The house is beautiful, in a lovely isolated location but sufficiently close to Jedburgh for food. The room was very comfortable and the shower very good. Breakfast was served in the most wonderful room with an open fire which Sheila lit despite there being only two of us there. All in all a very good experience

Beautiful house, had a twin and a double (upgraded!) room and both were very clean and comfortable and a good size, with a little kitchen area in each room. The hospitality was second to none & there was a lovely breakfast. Definitely will be staying again when we come back to Jedburgh.

The staff were brilliant. The room was fine, comfortable and very clean. The food was excellent. Jedburgh is lovely and Capon Tree is well situated. Had my wife and I been on our own, we would have had nothing but praise for the Capon Tree. However, we had our dog with us (see below).
