Great location just 5 minutes from Saltaire. Lovely welcome, parking at the back of the property and lovely comfy and very clean room. Great breakfast and staff are very friendly and will do anything to help if you need it

I didn’t like anything the bedroom was disgusting the mattress was stained no mattress protector it was dusty the bedding wasn’t clean the bathroom had faeces down the toilet

Hotel is generally okay, However I have stayed at a lot of Accor Hotels and this was the worst of the lot.
Good car park, quite big and plenty of good spots.
