Lovely friendly couple in a very old farmhouse they had restored. A long tarmac lane on a private road to get there, this meant that you had piece and quite and could only hear the birds in the trees surrounding the cottage. A rebuilt barn next to the cottage for breakfast or just sitting in the evening with tea and coffee facilities. Would need a car or taxi to get to the cottage if you have any heavy luggage. I went to far and knocked on the very end house which was incorrect, it is the first one on the left hand side with a carpark round the back of the farmhouse.

We were there for a wedding in Brighton but reception at Bolney.perfect position for us. Lovely village, pub shops and restaurant. Very easy walking distance. Good walks, no need to use the car for local walks.

Great location for a traditional English farm house .
Great location for a traditional English farm house . Good food and a warm welcome . The house is stunning inside and has such character with its low beams and stone floor . It’s not a new build which is exactly why I wanted to stay there . We don’t building like this in Scotland and it’s a pleasure to stay there .brianUnited Kingdom
