All staff we came in contact with were first class. To a person they all were friendly, helpful, very professional and keen to make sure we were well looked after. The staff were really busy when we arrived but could not have been more friendly or helpful. They went out of their way to book a large table for the evening sitting, right at the last minute, and were completely unfazed when three more family members turned up on spec to eat with us. The food was great, our room was large and comfortable, we’d definitely stay again.
