Absolutely beautiful hotel/pub/restaurant, staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The Food was outstanding and the complimentary Breakfast was perfect. Hockwold cum Wilton is very far south and close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border and not very close to the sea. There were no facilities nearby. This was a lastminute booking and I was please I was able to find somewhere. However we would have preferred somewhere more central in the county or nearer to the beach. That aside, the area was quite and rural. Open fields and bird song all day.
