We had an excellent overnight stay in Honeysuckle Cottage. It was lovely and clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and very peaceful. Just exactly as we hoped. We enjoyed an evening wander along the stream and meadows. A very warm welcome from Lesley when we arrived. We were only passing through, hence the one-night stay, but would happily book a longer visit another time.

It was spacious and comfortable for our two families. The hot tub and bottle of Prosecco was an relaxing bonus after a long drive from Salisbury. The children enjoyed the space to run about and meet the Alpacas. We loved the secluded location, but that it was close enough to drive to St. David's and the coast.

We loved the beautiful location and the honey coach house cottages were excellent for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday party. We all wished we could have stayed longer. I had stayed previously, but at a very quiet time in March. This visit was on a May Bank Holiday weekend and, on arrival, it was extremely busy and noisy. However once we had the key to our room and found we had been upgraded to a suite at the rear of the hotel, things definitely improved. The suite was large, two bedrooms, and with a good seating area. It was quiet and comfortable and made for a good stay.

Situated in Aberporth, 10 km from Cardigan Castle, The Penrallt Country House Hotel has a number of amenities including a garden, a bar and a shared lounge.
