Black Bull, hotel in Greenlaw

Around 25 miles from central Edinburgh, Black Bull enjoys a prominent location in the pretty Scottish Borders town of Lauder.

Central location, booked de-luxe King room. It was very big, bright, spacious area and had a huge bathroom en suite. Horse racing paintings and semi-industrial features (metal bed, quite high off the floor). Electric velux window, so no view, if that’s your thing when choosing a room. Good choice of tea, coffee, good kettle and cup sizes too! The staff were friendly and helpful, really lovely. We booked evening dinner there, the food was excellent, really good. 👍
