A great hotel on the outskirts of Perth with lovely rooms in an annex. Good food (dinner and breakfast) with a nice selection of specials and a generous size fry-up for breakfast. Special praise to the host/manager who made the extra effort for all her guests. Especially liked the good quality Mira shower with rainfall shower-head in the well decorated bathroom.
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, set in a 15th century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, reception area and Lounge Bar.

The location is excellent with two walking routes taking you into the town centre in 15 minutes. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean but it was smaller than we expected in a Victorian villa. Although on the busy route to Dundee there is no traffic noise because of excellent secondary glazing.
Offering free WiFi throughout the property, The Crees Room only is situated in Abernethy, 34 km from Discovery Point and 38 km from St Andrews University.

I couldn’t fault the staff at this venue. I was staying by for work and arrived late after work. They managed to get me a table, without hesitation, for some food even though it was the Saturday before Christmas. They were super attentive, the food was insane and I couldn’t fault the service. They even made me the most perfect breakfast bag to take away.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. It really made our anniversary weekend away special. The local people in the hotel were so warm and welcoming. The food was lovely and an amazing breakfast choice. The room was situated in the small holding next door. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped.

Very well situated just off A90 between Perth and Dundee.
Very well situated just off A90 between Perth and Dundee. An old coaching inn which is still fulfilling its original purchase to welcome travellers. Comfortable and very clean room in former stables - we could park just outside the door to our room. Delicious food and excellent breakfast. The lady in charge could not have been more welcoming. A real discovery
