The greeting was exceptional and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is something money can't buy. The food was very good with a very wide choice and the dining room was cozy and warm with an agreeable atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much, not knowing what to expect from the area as we had not visited Liverpool before. The hotel is well placed to visit Liverpool without staying in the city centre.
