We brought out little dog Rupert and he was welcomed by everyone. There was a cute little doggie pack with some lovely treats and a ball in it which he loved. The food was fabulous, the bed large and comfy, and breakfast was fantastic.

Beautiful room, comfy bed, very clean everywhere and shower lovely. Nice touches like bottled water was appreciated. Staff on the night I arrived and next morning were lovely and friendly. I thought my stay would be exceptional because of first impressions. I had arrived late due to traffic and was offered a drink free of charge. Breakfast was lovely and it was no issue when I asked to swap items. At this point apart from.being cold in my room I was happy.

We booked for our anniversary and it was exactly as we had hoped. A little bit of luxury, solitude, and relaxation. The food was excellent (although a little slow in the restaurant). The room was very comfortable and spacious. The grounds are delightful for a walk (we did 4km, but there are shorter walks). The staff were all friendly and helpful and the relaxing back massage was amazing! Property is situated along the road but was still quiet.
Property is situated along the road but was still quiet. Beds are soft & comfortable. The owner was also very hospitable. It is actually a property with so much potential. Unfortunately, the owner doesn't have staff to help him provide full service such as keeping the bar & kitchen going. Hence, it is basically a place to sleep. Not a problem though since there are café's just outside of the hotel. Disliked · Sad that it cannot provide full service due to lack of staff. I can imagine how wonderful it would have been.

The Forest Row has a lot of rooms, mine was clean and well presented, the staff was very helpful, plenty of parking. I was part of a large motorcycle group touring the area, so being a large group can be difficult, but all was accommodated for without hesitation.

It was full of history and the location in the forest looked beautiful, although we just stayed the one night and then travelled to near by family in Haywards Heath !!
