Lovely welcoming staff and perfect location and managed to get two rooms next to each other as there were no family rooms available. Sea view rooms too! Also gave us an early check in too which was a nice suprise!

The staff were lovely. The bed was comfy. When asked for extra teabags it was no trouble. Window was broken in room and it was no trouble to move us immediately. Value for what we paid.

fleetwood is a quiet reprieve from Blackpool
fleetwood is a quiet reprieve from Blackpool
it has nice walks near the beach and it has lovely views across the peninsula
it's easy to get into Blackpool for the cost of 6 pounds for a day ticket to attend shows / events ect
Some of the town looks a little deprived but it's still scenic on the coast side

The beach was lovely and where we spent most of our time, luckily it was very sunny to say it’s March. Not a lot was open however that’s how I like it so my dog has the freedom to be off lead most of the time as able to keep a distance from other beach users.

Fleetwood is the very quiet area of this part of the coast, but it has a shopping outlet, supermarket and local market. It is well served with the tram system to and from Blackpool and buses to there and other destinations. There are miles of beaches and promenade walks. The parking is free too, (but don't tell everyone!)

The promenade is amazing. It goes right into Blackpool.
The promenade is amazing. It goes right into Blackpool. Lovely collection of little cafes where you can have coffee or a breakfast sandwich. Curious little indoor market.
The area has 3 crown green bowling clubs, swimming pool + beach huts.
The area itself is very tired.
Otherwise nothing else to see in Fleetwood
Excellent location 2 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from the town and public transport. A warm, comfortable and beautiful cottage. Exceptionally well supplied with everything you need, including Royal Doulton crockery!
Apparently the locals call the area Tropical Fleetwood and while the rest of the country was very cold, wet and flooding we had warm days and plenty of sunshine.
Highly recommend.
The room was very spacious ,plenty of tea and coffee in room.bed was very comfortable good size bathroom ,and everything was spotlessly clean .we had lovely views from the room. breakfast was lovely ,all staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble .we enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back again .this hotel is in a nice location to have a peaceful stay with enough to explore .
The street was Student and drug takers area, Considering what it was called i expected a reception desk and a welcome.
The door instructions came after we booked at another hotel. They were aware we did not enter sending an email and i asked for a refund and said send 40.00 for no cleaning . 3 weeks later still waiting. If you value your reputation you shoul remove it
If you are looking to explore Fleetwood, or the Fylde coast in general, you couldn't ask for a better location. Public transport is very close, or parking right outside if you have your own vehicle. The house was beautifully decorated, and we immediately felt at home.
Very nice, well heated, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, very nice staff, no complaints at all, except to say the excellent full English wasn't quite full enough to include baked beans, but would definitely put the Savoy at the top of my list of Hotels....
The staff of the hotel were friendly and polite, while the room was very spacious, nicely decorated with a modern fitted en suite bathroom. The hotel is located conveniently right opposite the tram stop which is very handy for getting into Blackpool.
Hotel is in a fantastic location for Fleetwood and travelling into Blackpool. Hotel room was first class with everything you needed; such as binoculars fan heater, table iron and board, kettle with tea and coffee.
The hospitality, the really good standard of cleanliness. Made to feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Parking was excellent, right on the road in front of the hotel.
Perfect little place for us right on the front in Fleetwood. Owners are amazingly helpful, already booked our next (3rd stay)
Lovely little flatlets with all you need for a few days by the coast.
Great place to stay if you're planning to visit Blackpool. Easy tramride along the front with great views. Hotel was quiet and I was lucky to have a view over the estuary.
Lovely location. We have stayed in a hotel the previous year. We will be back at Kelvin's House when we come this or next year to Fleetwood. Our room faced the sea.
