Very comfy bed and bedding, and great to see attention to guest's needs such as a choice of soft/firm pillows! Ewa was very accommodating to my timings for arrival and breakfast etc, as I had work commitments. Breakfast was delicious and exactly what I asked for including gluten-free bread - plus it kept me going through a busy day. A very pleasant stay with a lovely host.

The location is excellent. That is the main reason we book this hotel regularly when we visit family in the area. We love the garden views and the birds songs in the mornings and evenings. The restaurant serves nice food and the staff are friendly. The playground is a bonus and we’ve spent some lovely evenings in the restaurant garden whilst little one was playing and making friends. It feels like a holiday hotel and not a city hotel.

Staff were utterly delightful. Location was divine. The shower was most enjoyable with plenty of pressure so that my body has never felt so clean and refulgent.
The whole refit of the hotel was well done and blended old and new effectively.
